Using the principles of neuro muscular dentistry Dr. Kherani has helped people with many conditions such as bad headaches and migraines and sleep apnea to regain control and enjoyment in their lives. Dr. Kherani continues to develop her skills and abilities in neuormuscualr dentistry and she instructs other dentists in this area and shares her passion for dentistry with dentists from around the world.

In addition to Invisalign treatments and in response to requests from patients Dr Kherani has started providing neuromuscular orthodontics where you can not only straighten your teeth but you can have a happy balanced smile where the teeth and muscles work together and in harmony.

Tissue Guided Implants

Tissue guided Implants are another service on the practice menu. When a tooth is extracted the bone that held the root in place starts to disintegrate and the neighboring teeth shift to fill the space. This leads to imbalance and strain on the muscles and teeth as your whole mouth tries to accommodate and adapt. Implants replace the root, so the bone remains active, and serves as a solid base for the replacement tooth. How the implant is placed can be critical to achieving optimal results. A guide is made based on coordinates generated by a computer program so that the implant is placed at a precise position to achieve optimum results.
